Northwest Aerials can do more than great gymnastics parties!! (Updated August 2010) Printable birthday flyer click here for party invitations  Kirkland      BASIC PARTY PACKAGE 1 3/4 hour party including setup time  *1 hour of Gymnastics, Dance, Trampoline, Jump Rope OR Swimming (summer only) with one or two personal attendant(s) (depending on # of party goers)  *45 minutes in a party room or under the covered area for swimming parties with table & benches (sorry no one is allowed on the equipment or in the pool during the party time) Must be prescheduled with a $100 deposit FEE:  $195.00 FOR UP TO 12 PEOPLE           $265.00 FOR 13-24 (The birthday child should be included as one of the people attending)  **The party room is a shared room with a divider curtain. Party favors for each paid attendee are included EXTRA GYM PARTY PACKAGE (available September-June) (4 years and under must be accompanied by an adult) *1 hour of Extra Gym Saturday 12:00-1:00pm, Tuesday 3:00-4:00pm or Friday 2:00-3:00pm with public extra gym (Non-structured, supervised time on the inflatable, trampolines & gymnastics equipment) Must be pre-scheduled with a $70 deposit FEE:  $7/PERSON MINIMUM 10 PEOPLE (The birthday child should be included as one of the people attending) Add a party room for $60 more *45 minutes in our party room with table & benches (no personal attendant) **The party room is a shared room with a divider curtain. *This party is available September-June PARENT’S NIGHT OFF (available anytime a Parent’s Night Off is scheduled) (ages 3 & up must be potty trained) *1 hour in our party room for presents & refreshments prior toParent’s Night Off *4 hours in the gymnastics area with our Parent’s Night Off participants.  Activities may include:  non structured, supervised time on the gymnastics equipment, trampolines & inflatables, craft, snack and swimming (summer only). Must be prescheduled with a $120  deposit at least 7 days prior to event. FEE:  $15/PERSON MINIMUM 8 PEOPLE (The birthday child should be included as one of the people attending). **The party room is a shared room with a divider curtain. **Gymnastics activity on Saturday & Sunday will include the use of at least one inflatable**      (castle bouncer, 18’ slide or sea monster) at the discretion of NWA. **Call for quote on parties over 24 guests**One adult supervisor for every 10 children please!** **Clean, dry socks or gymnastics/ballet shoes required** **A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon bookingBbasic Party Package, $70 deposit for Extra Gym Party package and $120 deposit for Parent’s Night Off Party Package **We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, VISA and Discover** **The balance for all birthday parties and a confirmed party size is due 7 days prior to the party** WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE CHANGES MADE WITH LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE **Sorry no refunds or credits on party payments** PARTY RULES:  Because we have many parties going each day, we feel it necessary to have a list of rules for you to follow. We believe these rules will help your party run more smoothly.   * Parents dropping off their kids must return 15 minutes prior to the end of the party to pick them up.  * You must remain on the premises until every child in your party has safely left the facility.  * Your party is scheduled for 1 3/4 hours. In consideration for the next party, we require that you begin gathering items and putting on shoes 5-10 minutes before the conclusion of the party for a timely conclusion.  * All party attendants must have a parent sign a release form upon drop off .  * Due to other parties, you will not have access to the party room until the start of your party time.  *Adults are not allowed on any of the equipment or inflatables.
